Today’s WOD is a called the CrossFit Baseline. It is super basic with body weight movements performed for time. If you don’t have access to a rower, that’s ok. Substitute the row for a run.
For time
- 500 Meter Row (or 400 meter run)
- 40 Air Squats
- 30 Sit-Ups
- 20 Push-Ups
- 10 Pull-Ups (strict or kipping)
