WOD: Crossfit Baseline

Today’s WOD is a called the CrossFit Baseline. It is super basic with body weight movements performed for time.  If you don’t have access to a rower, that’s ok.  Substitute the row for a run.

For time

  • 500 Meter Row (or 400 meter run)
  • 40 Air Squats
  • 30 Sit-Ups
  • 20 Push-Ups
  • 10 Pull-Ups (strict or kipping)
