Jennifer LaBaw was an unlikely Crossfit Games athlete. Diagnosed with epilespy at age 8, she describes a life with constant tingling in her right arm. But she didn’t let that hold her back. In 2011, she placed 6th in the Crossfit Games, making her the “sixth fittest person in the world.”
Now, she’s using her status as an athlete to bring awareness to epilesy with a 500 mile run from the New Mexico border through the Colorado Rockies to the Wyoming border to raise money for the Epilepsy Foundation of America. Her goal is to raise $50,000. Read more on CNN.com…
