I did it; it’s done. Up until yesterday, I wasn’t even 100% sure that I would do the open. But I made a promise to a couple of people that I would do it. I also think that it’s important to see regular everyday people doing the open. People who aren’t trying to get to the games and who are just doing the best they can. People who’s game plan is just finish. They will do their best and cheer on their friends to do the same. They will post their scores on the leaderboard, but don’t really care where they land compared to others. That’s who I’m representing this year.
So here it is.
This is the fifth Open for me doing the open and this year’s goal is to show up and just have fun. Just as an FYI, I already know that this video doesn’t meet the CrossFit Games Video Standards. So please don’t DM me.
