I was watching a clip from a Crossfit Kids certification course and learned something that you think is commonplace. But maybe it’s not. The one thing coaches have to remember when coaching kids is that every exercise has to be fun. Once an exercise isn’t fun, you lose control of the group. So you have to a plan B if you need to change gears.
Here’s the deal; Crossfit is broad, inclusive and general. So when you’re coaching young kids, it has to be BIG Fun. It’s your job as the coach to keep it the BIG fun going.
