We all love throw around a barbell and get a good  one Rep Max. But some times, the seemingly simpler moves are just as challenging.

Oh, the pull-ups… After 7 months, I can do 12 pull-ups without a band, but not unbroken. So my friend, Katie and I made a pact to do 10 strict pull-ups everyday to help us get stronger.

So I did my 10 pull-ups.

A few of my Crossfit Cove friends joined in and posted videos online. Some plowed right through their pull-ups and some struggled like me. But we all gave it our all and that’s what counts.
