In this episode we take a preview of the 2021 CrossFit Quarterfinals, an online qualifier that follows the CrossFit Open. The top 10% of the open from each continent are invited to compete in the Quarterfinals which takes place April 8-12, 2021.
We also take a look at the leaderboard from the open and breakdown the tests included in the Quarterfinal.
